I have bought three homes and sold two in the last five years, dealing with a minimum of eight realtors. My expierience with realtors have not been completely positive for various reasons. Dan was by far the best agent that I have delt with. He is authentic, professional, and listened to my wants and needs. He was always available and responding to my texts, e-mails, and phone calls rapidly. We were able to purchase and close on a home within a month. Dan was so easy to work with. He even helped me move some furniture. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
